At some point in her life, nearly every woman will experience some form of pelvic health issue such as pain, discomfort and incontinence. And yet, due to embarrassment or lack of education, only a small minority of those suffering will seek treatment. A better quality of life is possible. The key is good communication. At the Center for Pelvic Health, we take the time to actively consider all information pertaining to your situation. Throughout the course of your care, our multidisciplinary team will continue to work closely to ensure that the proper diagnostic tests and treatments are pursued and, if necessary, the right surgical intervention is delivered.
After given a diagnosis of IC and doing research for MD I went to Dr. Jarnagin. After a 6 hour drive one way his staff was soo sweet to me. And Dr. Jarnagin cared that I really felt bad and gave me medication that helped me get relief from that terrible pain. I'm still on medication but feel as though I'm healed. He was worth every mile of my 12 hour round trip. I feel so much better I hope he never tells me not to come see him every 3 months . He also helped me get hormones drops thru a compounding pharmacy (which was always discouraged due to my family history). I would highly recommend him.
